Montclair rehires contractor for fall tree planting

After residents approached the council about an alarming amoun of newly planted trees dying in social movement of their homes, the Montclair City manager and Council maintains that the fall tree planting will be to a greater extent fortunate with the same contractor since the town will consider exploitation a tearing religious service.
